Security & vulnerability disclosure

Security is at the core of everything we build. The Veit Systems PSIRT coordinates the receipt, investigation, and disclosure of security vulnerabilities affecting our products and services. We welcome reports from security researchers, customers, and the wider community.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in a Veit Systems product or service, please let us know. A good report includes the affected product or component and version, a description of the issue and its potential impact, and clear, reproducible steps or proof-of-concept details.

We aim to acknowledge new reports within two business days and will keep you informed as we investigate and remediate. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before any public disclosure, and that you avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't your own while testing.

Email our security team at security@veitsystems.com. We encourage you to encrypt sensitive reports using our PGP key (below).
